  • Responsible for a range of veterinary duties including emergency care, house calls, medical surgeries, patient consultations and managing the night shift efficiently
  • Ensure all consultations are timely and thorough with full examinations, daily case reviews, as all these contribute to the Vet’s overall performance evaluations
  • Ensure billing for all services, products & prescriptions are captured and accounted for.

  • Welcome clients and pets, maintain professionalism, assist clients, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, attend meetings, and strive for continual improvement.
  • Handle emotionally challenging situations and physically demanding tasks with professionalism.

  • Responsible for providing customer service and managing administrative tasks in the pharmacy.
  • Perform duties such as preparing prescriptions, operating cash registers, and maintaining inventory.

  • Fill prescriptions promptly for various patient needs and assist clients with medication-related inquiries.
